A few simple guidelines to make your stay comfortable for everyone
We want you to feel completely at home during your stay. These house rules help us keep the space lovely for you and future guests. Thank you for your care and respect.
No Smoking
Our home is a smoke-free space, both indoors and on the balcony.
No Parties or Events
Please keep gatherings small and respectful of neighbours. No parties or events, please.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the booking may stay overnight. Please let us know if plans change.
Keep It Tidy
Treat the space as you would your own home. For rubbish and recycling, bins are located just at the bottom of the steps of the guesthouse.
No Pets
We love animals, but pets aren’t permitted in the guesthouse to protect guests with allergies.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Sound travels easily, so please be mindful of neighbours.
Lock Up
Please lock all doors and windows when you head out, and return the key to the safe on checkout.
